Submit Service Request: Our goal is to make sure that you get the help you need for your child as
quickly as
possible after requesting services. We collect basic demographic information from caregivers and
individuals
receiving services and do our best to provide the assistance you require in a timely manner.
Authorization begins: Our clinical team will then evaluate your referral and obtain authorization
for
services
based on your insurance coverage.
Therapy Begins: Care management is performed by a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA), who
communicates
with parents each week by phone or through in-person visits.
Therapy visits and activities will be
determined by
the treatment plan's goals. Our web-based electronic health record allows parents and caregivers to access
data
and notes at the end of each visit.
